Overall I still think the line is great. I LOVE the Alien and Universal Monsters figures, for instance, and I'm really looking forward to the original series Star Trek figures. I just wish they spent a little more time on quality control. Also, I don't know if I just got a particularly bad copy of the figure, or if they are all like that, because I haven't seen any reviews of this figure anywhere online.Joshua Raymondhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05125034908130424940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6540595058490102471.post-35082357135841586522014-12-07T21:50:26.658-08:002014-12-07T21:50:26.658-08:00Its disappointing that you may have soured on the ...Its disappointing that you may have soured on the line somewhat. You seemed to be one of the few bloggers out there that seemed to actually "get it" when it comes to the ReAction line. That being said, you have a valid point on the Mia. Shes easily the weak spot of the PulpFiction wave. I havent seen any real clunkers out of the whole ReAction series thus far, but Mia would qualify. I certainly would not let that figure taint the awesomeness of the others though. I expect Funko to improve as they grow the brand, but i think tthey've done pretty good so far. Mrs. Wallace here, however, looks like she went on and OD'd for real after Jack Rabbit Slims....lolthe brian viperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12584748652867285818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6540595058490102471.post-50957504588349620112014-11-12T11:40:46.800-08:002014-11-12T11:40:46.800-08:00I think they just released too many figures too qu...I think they just released too many figures too quickly. Kenner made 12 Star Wars figures their first year, while Funko has put out 50 or 60 ReAction figures in the same time. If they had produced less figures they probably could have spent more time perfecting each one.Joshua Raymondhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05125034908130424940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6540595058490102471.post-58703737609113451932014-11-12T10:00:06.633-08:002014-11-12T10:00:06.633-08:00Nice review of these.

That is incredibly, incredibly bizarre.

I really think that Pulp Fiction, Firefly, the Rocketeer, and Escape from New York were designed much earlier than the Universal Monsters and Horror Series, as those latter ones show quite a level of refinement that the earlier figures don't have.

I think the only Pulp Fiction figure I'm getting is the Gimp. It's just so wildly inappropriate !Barbecue17https://www.blogger.com/profile/11169946891265569135noreply@blogger.com
